The DV3T sits at the top of Brookfield's touch-screen range — part viscometer, part rheometer, with yield-stress and temperature ramp programs that QC and R&D labs lean on daily. Can you calibrate the DV3T's temperature measurement as well as viscosity?
Yes — the RTD probe is verified against a calibrated reference alongside the torque and speed points, since a drifting probe quietly invalidates ramp results.
Our DV3T freezes mid-program — software or hardware?
Usually firmware or a failing board rail rather than the touch panel itself; both are serviceable at component level without replacing the head.
Do you support RheocalcT connection problems?
Yes — PC connection and software configuration are restored as part of the service, including moves to a new lab computer.
