The Brookfield DV2T touch-screen viscometer is the standard in Indian QC labs for paints, food, pharma and petrochemicals. Frequently Asked Questions
Our DV2T is not rotating at all. What does that usually mean?
Most non-rotation faults are in the stepper drive or its control board rather than a fatal failure. These are repairable at component level; the pivot assembly is checked at the same time since a jarred pivot also causes bad readings.
Is your viscometer calibration NABL accredited?
Yes — we hold NABL accreditation for rotational viscometer calibration (certificate CC-3263), and calibration is performed with certified viscosity standards traceable to national standards.
Do you supply spindles and temperature probes for the DV2T?
Yes, we supply compatible spindles, RTD probes and accessories, and verify them on your instrument as part of the calibration.
