We had a Shimadzu UV-1900i UV-Vis spectrophotometer that was not powering on due to rodent damage. We entrusted the instrument to Instruments Care for servicing. After carrying out a thorough inspection at multiple levels, the Instruments Care team successfully revived the instrument by performing remarkable component-level repairs in a highly cost-effective manner. We serviced our UV-Vis - ATR which was down with a major board failure at the Univeristy of Madras. But others diagnosed it as lam related failures. Promt servies by specialised engineers brought the instrument to working condition. The instrument is working fine for the past 1 year. Very good Service, Technical person Mr. Veerappan explained all functions clearly. Our Perkin Elmer Lambda 365 was in Compained for a last six months. problem with the D2 Lamp. They inspected the instrument and picked it into Chennai and returned it to our Lab after 1 month. Now working properly and getting consistant values for Same Samples.
