Our Performance Testing & Validation Includes:

• Zero Verification: We check that the instrument accurately rests at exactly 0.0% torque when running in the air without a sample, ensuring a perfect baseline for all your testing.
• Speed Verification: We test the motor's rotational speed across all RPM settings to guarantee the spindle spins at the exact speed selected.
• Torque Verification: We verify the internal spring mechanism to ensure the torque percentage perfectly matches the fluid resistance during testing.
• Spindle Verification: We check your spindles for any physical distortion, micro-bends, or shaft runout that could cause wobbling or incorrect readings.
• Viscosity Measurement Checks: We test the complete system against certified reference standards to confirm that the final viscosity readings are accurate.
• Repeatability Checks: We run multiple back-to-back tests on the same fluid sample to prove that your machine provides stable, consistent data every single time.
• Minimum to Maximum Range Checks: We evaluate the instrument at its lowest and highest measuring limits to ensure accuracy across its full operational range.
• Full Load Performance Testing: We run the viscometer under maximum resistance and stress conditions to ensure internal electronics and mechanical parts hold up perfectly under heavy, continuous use.
• Calibration Verification: We finalize all testing with a strict verification process using certified silicon fluids, confirming that the unit fully complies with global laboratory standards.
• We will provide Calibration certificate for both NABL & UKAS Certified standards.
